Description

I use this pan more than any other in my kitchen.  It is large enough to do smaller batches of soup but I saute and braise in it as well.

HexClad’s patented hybrid tech utilizes tri-ply construction – aluminum between two layers of stainless steel – laser-etched with their hexagonal nonstick surface to deliver the searing power of stainless but the durability of cast iron.  It cleans up like a dream as well, as if it were nonstick.
