Iliada Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I am loathe to admit I do keep a bottle of Kirkland EVOO in the pantry just in case but I cannot stress enough how using good olive oil makes a difference. Iliada oil is from Greece and is a lovely, mild oil that is worth keeping a tin in your pantry to up your game. It truly does make a difference.
